CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TÒTE BAG
1. Cleaning:
Avoid allowing the leather straps to come in contact with water during the washing process.
Choose a mild soap without harsh detergents (shower gel can be used). Dissolve the soap in water before placing the bag for washing, minimizing direct pouring of soap onto the bag's surface.
Use a soft cloth or sponge for cleaning, avoiding harsh brushes to prevent scratching the fabric's surface.
After washing, turn the bag inside out and air dry it in a cool, ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight exposure, as it can affect the genuine leather straps and the color of the fabric bag.
You can air dry it in front of a fan or use a hairdryer on a cool setting. Alternatively, professional dry cleaning services are available.
2. Care:
Avoid contact between the bag and sharp or rough objects to prevent scratches or tearing of the fabric's surface.
Limit exposure of the genuine leather straps to water to prevent peeling. If the fabric bag gets wet (due to rain or accidental spills), wash or air dry it as soon as possible to prevent mold or discoloration.
Avoid overloading the bag as it can cause the leather straps to crack; recommended weight is below 4kg.
Keep items that might bleed color (cosmetics, ink pens, etc.) or sharp objects (knives, scissors, nail tools, etc.) away from the bag's interior.
3. Storage:
Place the bag in a moisture-absorbing pouch and store it in a cool, dry place to avoid mold when not in use.
Consider storing the bag in a box or another bag instead of hanging it to prevent stretching of the leather straps.
Ensure the bag is thoroughly cleaned before long periods of non-use.

Strap breakage: Covered under a 1-month warranty.
