- waa. supports three payment methods for orders: cash on delivery, Momo, and bank transfer through VNpay gateway.
How to change the payment method after order confirmation?
- If the order status is still "Processing," you can cancel your order and place a new one with your preferred payment method.

Can items purchased on the website be exchanged for size/design?
- Yes. Online purchases can be exchanged for size/design following the exchange policy.

How many delivery methods are available?
- Currently, waa. can assist with two delivery methods: home delivery (GHTK) and store pickup (38 Đặng Thị Nhu, Ward Nguyễn Thái Bình, District 1, HCM).
Can the delivery method be changed?
- The delivery method cannot be changed after a successful order placement.
Can the delivery address be changed after order confirmation?
- Orders confirmed/handed over to the shipping carrier cannot have their delivery address changed. Please contact us via Facebook/Instagram for assistance in changing the delivery address.
SIZE SELECTION
What size should I choose with a foot length of *cm?
- All waa. products are made based on standard shoe sizes. You can convert your foot length to the corresponding shoe size using the size conversion chart provided by waa. If uncertain, contact waa. via Facebook/Instagram for detailed guidance.
For wider feet, which size should I choose if I'm in-between sizes?
- If you prefer a snug fit: opt for the smaller size. Real leather stretches, so it might feel tight initially but will fit later.
- If you prefer a more relaxed fit: choose the larger size.

What is the leather material used?
- waa. products are primarily made from cow leather.
Do the products wrinkle or expand after use?
- Due to genuine leather's nature, it becomes softer with use. Wrinkling and expansion depend on usage frequency, foot shape, and environmental factors over time.
Can the products be used in rainy or beach conditions?
- Limited use advised. As most products are made from genuine leather, it's advisable to limit exposure to rain or water to ensure longevity.
