DELIVERY TIME
Starting from the successful order confirmation, the estimated delivery times are as follows: For orders within HCM City: 1 - 2 days, For other provinces: 3 - 7 days depending on the location.
Note: Estimated delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances. waa. will proactively inform you if any changes occur. Delivery times to rural areas or islands may add an extra 1-3 days.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Support for size or style exchanges is as follows:
Size exchange: within 3 days from the receipt date, shipping fees are split between waa. and the customer.
Style exchange: within 3 days from the receipt date, the customer bears the shipping fee.
Exchange conditions:
Returned/exchanged products must be unused.
Customers need to provide the invoice or purchase phone number.
Size exchange procedure:
Step 1: waa. proactively arranges the delivery of the exchanged pair to you.
Step 2: Upon receiving the exchange pair, return the remaining pair to the delivery person and pay the shipping fee.

DISTINCTION OF RESPONSIBILITY BETWEEN TRADERS AND LOGISTICS SERVICE SUPPLIERS REGARDING GOODS DOCUMENTATION DURING DELIVERY
Duties of the carrier:
Ensure full, safe transportation of assets to the designated location within the agreed timeframe.
Hand over assets to the rightful recipient.
Bear the expenses related to asset transportation, except in other agreed-upon cases.
Purchase civil liability insurance as per legal regulations.
Compensate for losses to the contracting party in case of loss or damage to assets due to the carrier, except in other agreed-upon cases or as per different legal regulations.
Rights of the carrier:
Verify the authenticity of assets, the bill of lading, or equivalent transportation documents.
Refuse to transport assets not matching the agreed-upon type of assets in the contract.
Request the contracting party to pay the transportation fee within the agreed timeframe.
Refuse to transport assets for prohibited transactions or assets of a hazardous nature, if the carrier requests.
Duties of the contracting party:
Pay the full transportation fee to the carrier within the agreed timeframe and method.
Provide necessary information related to transported assets to ensure their safety during transportation.
Take care of the assets during transportation, if agreed upon. In case the contracting party takes care of the assets and the assets are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided.
Rights of the contracting party:
Request the carrier to transport assets to the agreed location and time.
Receive the transported assets directly or designate a third party to receive the transported assets.
Responsibility for compensating for damages:
The carrier must compensate for losses to the contracting party if the assets are lost or damaged.
The contracting party must compensate for losses to the carrier and third parties due to hazardous or improperly packaged assets during transportation.
In cases of force majeure leading to the loss, damage, or destruction of transported assets, the carrier is not responsible for compensating for damages, except in other agreed-upon cases or as per different legal regulations.
