Can products purchased online be exchanged?
Yes. Online purchases can be exchanged for size / design following the Exchange Policy.

I received my order but a product is wrong / missing.
Waa. sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience. Please carefully check the order details in your purchase history. If the received product differs from your order, keep the product and contact Waa. via Facebook / Instagram, or email hello@waa-studios.com for assistance.

We can ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees vary depending on your order’s size and weight.
Can the delivery address be changed?
Orders confirmed / handed over to the shipping carrier cannot have their delivery address changed. Please contact us via Facebook / Instagram, or email hello@waa-studios.com for assistance in changing the delivery address.
Size Selection
What size should I choose with a foot length of cm?
All Waa. products are made based on standard shoe sizes. You can convert your foot length to the corresponding shoe size using the size conversion chart provided by Waa. If uncertain, contact Waa. via Facebook / Instagram for detailed guidance.

What is the leather material used?
Waa. products are primarily made from cow leather.
Do the product wrinkle or expand after use?
Due to genuine leather's nature, the product can become softer with use. Wrinkling and expansion depend on usage frequency, foot shape, and environmental factors over time. Please refer to our Product Care & Maintenance for for comprehensive guidelines.
Can the product be used in rainy / beach conditions?
Limited use advised. As most products are made from genuine leather, it's advisable to limit exposure to rain or water to ensure longevity.
