TERMS

Products purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for exchange.

Customers may exchange for a different size, style, or color, subject to availability.

For lower-priced items, the price difference will not be refunded.

Exchanges can be made in-store with the product and original receipt, or Online via hello@waa-studios.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Each order is eligible for exchange once only.

CONDITIONS

Eligible products for exchange must be unworn, in their original condition (with tags, packaging, and gifts if any), free from damage, dirt, or odor, and returned within 3 days of purchase.
