THE PU SOLES

Since the introduction of our initial product line, we have been diligently exploring innovative concepts to enhance our offerings and increase product quality. In July 2022, we uncovered the potential of Polyurethane, an improved material renowned for its superior durability, weightlessness, and strength. Without hesitation, we immediately set our minds to integrating this material into our upcoming product releases. After 3 months, we proudly introduce a collection with 4 products for customers to choose.

Let's us walk you through the steps of how this PU sole was made.

After extensive brainstorming, we ultimately settled on creating a distinctive signature sole for waa. This was the most difficult phase we went through. Our goal was to design a sole that would fit various types of straps and feet. Therefore, we had to consider each measurement carefully, such as the squareness of the top of the shoe to avoid making the foot rough, appropriate sole height, and the use of PU materials to ensure the durability and softness of the sole. We had to imagine everything on drafts as we had no samples to check. Through our diligent efforts, we developed a square-shaped sole that we believe will set waa.'s product apart in the marketplace.

After the concept had been thoroughly developed and all necessary improvements had been made, a working prototype of the idea was successfully created.

Upon completion of a comprehensive review and assessment of all necessary conditions, standards, and specifications, the manufacturing process was ready to commence.
